When you first entered your primary school, who was the first person you befriended? Do you remember what you told that friend? When you stepped into another level of education , who was beside you? Who made you feel at home, who made you felt belonged? When you see me, who was the one who broke the ice? What did we exchanged?




To be truthful, I've forgotten how I get to know Ivan ( and all of my friends of cos =.= but Ivan is still the best example) except that we were in the same primary school. This friendship which went beyond primary school life and carried on till now, it must be a gift from up above. How it lasts till now I don't know how, but I know when we both don't know each other, one of us broke the ice and maintained us as friends. I don't remember who spoke to each other first, it's one of us I'm sure. It may be him, may be me. It doesn't matter. What matters is the courage to introduce yourself to others when you are in a new environment. Nothing beats the importance of friendliness when you are surrounded by people you don't know.


Friends , acquaintances are all around to be engaged depending on your degree of initiative. The more you pour into building a bond , the more you are going to gain. It's a matter of reap and sow. The way you feel during secondary school life is like being in a family surfaced because of no one but solely you. You may not remember, but you were the one who went up to someone and said " Hello, can we be friends ? Want to go to the canteen together? " During that prematurity you knew nothing, but to chain yourself with some one or two schoolmates you can hang around in school.


Now, we are near adults. Our thinkings, dress sense, desires slowly evolved to something totally you never imagined you will have when you were young. It's a nightmare, it's something you will find shocking. Because when everything changes , your surroundings and the people you meet everyday will change to. From those hopscotch days to the pubs and clubs now, everything has changed. From that plaited long black hair to the dyed and layered down. From everything you will never want to have, you have them now. No doubt you can reject all these and say you never wanted them. But there's one thing you can never succumb to ; and that's meeting and getting to know people you've never seen before.





And when you see them you feel so weird, you feel so out of place. Isn't it just like how you felt when you initially do when you were in secondary school? Now, do you remember what you did to know someone totally strange to you when you were at the early stage of your growing up ? You went up to someone and smile, even though you've never bothered to know his name. You ask some people how you can't comprehend what Digital Fund is all about except that 1+1 is equals to a ridiculous 10. For a person to get to know another, you must first know yourself and bring yourself to others ; even if others doesn't.
