HAIYO HAIYO

If our daily conversations be it online or face-to-face or over the phone doesnt makes me an appeasing friend to you, let this minor post of mine to bring you to realise how I view you.

Lol. Of course there's no need for the name to be typed out la. READ OKAYS! Bloody hell, if i typed this and u dun read u fucking owe mi 844 nasi lemak lor.




First thing

NO ONE is borned a leader. Leadership qualities are meant to be nutured. Be it for the negative or positive.


EG.1
Someone can be there saying "hey, lets rob the bank tml" and all his 'gina's under him jolly-well sit around him with a drafted plan to execute their evil plot. That is a sign of being a good leader its jus that he leads others into unsavourable consequences.


EG.2
Some can be there saying "dudes, studying today at central mac, meeting at 2.30pm pls do not be late." Ok, let it be a twist here this time. This scenario, only 2 out of the 10 notified of the group study showed up. To the wise men, the person who initiated the group study just got onto the stepping stone to being a good leader. WHY ? Because, 1st, he took the initiative to suggest something. 2nd , 2 ppl turned up !! Isn't is an encouragement?? Well, nothing turns out smoothly upon trying to achieve.




Second thing.


To me, u've been a good leader be it in studies or games or some other aspects which I have yet to think of. Lol. If losing a DOTA match can drain u of ur confidence, FUCK U BIG TIME. xD


On the serious note, the clan jus set up within a hand count of weeks, how can u expect it to be united? The fault lies in the using of BOTS, and the recruiting of those who are alrdy in clan. Kw,desmond, zhao, keong.... OYA is better than ONO.. who will wans to be in a noob clan ? given the choice to u, u wil still frequent OYA, isnt it ? So, lets recollect urself, believe u can do it and there u go and right in front of you is a brand new YOU and further down the road, SUCCESS is waiting for u , within a hand's reach. You succeeded. CHEERS! xD
